Refund policy
We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14 day risk-free money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase. In addition, please note the following:
- Users who signed up Wedding by thebigday can request a refund via the app. Please login to your wedding account and go to “Support” in the side menu, select refund and fill up your information and submit your refund request.
- thebigday will issue a refund back to you with the original payment method you used within 7 working days.
- Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
- Wedding or event dates that have already passed are not eligible for refund.
- After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.
