Yes, we provide a 7-day free demo for users to trial the app. We would like to clarify that, a demo account is for testing purposes only, it shouldn’t be used on an actual event guest management. Please note that the demo account will only be valid for 14 days and you are allowed to input a maximum 30 pax of guests in the demo account.

Yes, we also provide online event registration, online Stripe payment gateway integration, pre-event email, and sms blasting services. 

You can check package details and latest promotions with our online customer support.

Event account access will be valid from the day you sign up until 7 days after the event date. For example you sign up on 25th December 2021, which means the event account will expire on 1st Jan 2022.

Admin is the higher level role with full account access, users are able to view, add, edit or delete all guests information and check-in data. While the reception role is allowed to view and check-in guests. And the viewer role is only able to view check-in statistics without any other permission to change account information.
